30-Day Return Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging.

Refund Amount

Approved refunds are issued in full for the product price, less the original shipping fee of $200 USD. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. Please use a trackable carrier and share the tracking details with our support team.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a refund, reply to your Shopify order confirmation email with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the next steps and provide the return address.
